MDA Special Resolution passed

On 23 May, MDA Member Mints were sent a Special Resolution to amend the Articles of Association. Voting members were given 28 days to support the proposal. with a threshold of 75% of eligible voting members required to support it for the resolution to pass.

Pleasingly, 17 out of the 21 eligible voting members supported the proposal prior to the expiration of the 28 day period, resulting in the Special Resolution being passed.

The appropriate documentation has been successfully lodged with Companies House in the UK and the Articles of Association updated.
