For MDA Members - How to set-up your organization on the website

Here are the key steps to get going on the website - when you return home after MDC I would love for you to brief this into your team!

MDA WEBSITE KEY INFORMATION

1) The URL is https://www.mintdirectorsassociation.org. It is live now. Please go to the site and add it to your favourites. Share the URL with your stakeholders as soon as possible.

2) Please nominate a senior representative from your organisation to be your Website Account Manager. This person has an important role to play in setting your organisation up on the system.

3) Your Account Manager should register their detail and APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP under the correct category. This is the first and only time your organisation will need to apply for membership. This should be done only once.

4) Your Account Manager will receive an email once membership has been approved. This will enable them to log into the Member Section of the site and commence setting up your organisational profile, as well as their individual profile.

5) IMPORTANT – in this email, your Account Manager will also have a link to invite other members of your organisation to gain access to the Members Section of the website by being affiliated with your organisation. The Account Manager should use some discretion about who this is sent to. Initially I suggest that this goes to no more than TEN people in your organisation. They can accept the invitation and gain immediate access to the site.

6) Once in the site, in the Resource section I will include further instructions about the site and how to make the most of the features.

7) Incorporate frequent visits and input int the forum into you and your staff’s regular routine. We have a new tool to interact and share, let’s use it!
